Approach to Tutoring
I like to spend some time working with the child to build a relationship before we get down to any learning. I like to complete a review of current understanding and skills alongside areas of interests; from this we can work together to decide what we need to focus on and the most interesting way to learn together. It is important that we find an approach that meets the needs of the individual child. I like to ensure that parents are kept involved in the process and are able to support learning in between each session.
